puyallup: Cider Squeeze at the Meeker Mansion Saturday October 13th. - 10/10/12 12:32 PM
It's fall and you know what that means. Crisp air and beautiful colors on our trees. It also means that the Meeker Mansion will be having their annual Cider Squeeze.  Saturday October 13th. from 10am to 4pm rain or shine. (regretfully it looks like rain)
You can buy your apples on site and have fun pressing them into cider. There will also be vendors who will be offering their wares. Try someting apple from the snack shack, tour the mansion, enter a apple pie in the apple pie contest.
There will be hand clapping music and much more. Bring the kids … (2 comments)

puyallup: Maybe you can go home again.... - 09/23/12 10:49 AM

Life has a funny way of reminding you of things you said and things you did.

For many years I did just that. I lived in Seattle and I worked at a variety of jobs that I allowed to suck the marrow out of my bones. The one good thing was that I was lucky enough to be a dad to two fantastic … (30 comments)

puyallup: Expired Listings Sometimes Patience is a Virtue - 04/15/08 04:37 AM
I have been trying for six months to get a listing on a house that I think is simply a fantastic home.
Last weekend I left a voicemail asking the seller to stop selling the home themselves and give me a chance. I said this in a very jovial voice and was chuckling after I made the statement.
Monday morning I had a voicemail that said "Ok we give you win! we want you to list our home"
Six months of emails, voicemails, a face to face meeting and showings have lead me to getting a listing agreement.
The home is not overpriced. It is … (12 comments)

Rainier Real Estate has just moved into our new office. This is a cause for excitement and a great reason to have a party!

Then I just needed to unpack at my new location, introduce myself to everyone and learn the ropes of the office. This however, well this has been a eye opening experience! A great experience but an eye opener for sure. Our company has grown so much … (5 comments)

puyallup: Pierce County Condo prices, listing and sales rising. - 08/15/07 07:09 AM
A report in the Tacoma News Tribune today shows that prices and sales are up in the Pierce County region.
The report can be found here. I find this to be good news for everyone in the real estate market. Buyers benefit as there are more homes/condos to choose from. Sellers benefit from increased demand and increased value for their properties.

Best wishes,
