The Hillwood Company has done a fantastic job of accomplishing and implementing its vision of building first class commercial, industrial, and retail space. Now, Hillwood is continuing to expand its vision with the town square concept at Heritage Trace Parkway and I-35W in North Fort Worth. With Cabelas in place and Sam Moon soon to come, the Alliance Corridor is fast becoming a shopper's paradise. Perhaps the best thing about this area are the home prices and the cost of living.
