Active Rain and the Weltanschauung
Oddly enough, I signed up for Active Rain while I was taking real estate classes. The person teaching my class mentioned it and i thought it would be a great place to learn about the industry. I cant tell you how beneficial it has been.
It was not long after I signed up I read the Weltanschauung and it really made me feel at home. First and most important was #10. The focus on education because I knew I needed it. I ate it up, scouring the website for tidbits.
