Say No to the BPO! When I first became an agent I started doing BPO's. Itwas a great way to learn the market. It helped me to understand how to value property, find comps, and adjust prices for vatiables. After getting used to them, I could fill out their forms in about half an hour and run out get some pictures. The whole process would take me about 45 minutes. We would have 5- 10 per month. At $100 per,its not much money but each little bit helps especially when the market was slow.
