Late December 2016 Westfield Market ReportActive Westfield Luxury Homes for SaleThe Garden State MLS reported a total of seven Westfield luxury homes for sale in late December 2016.  Of those, five were newly constructed or ready to be built properties.  Four of them came on the market in the last 30 days, including a Michael Mahoney custom Colonial just last week.
