The Austin Spring Meetup was a great time as always. Chez Zee American Bistro is a longtime Austin institution and hosted our event. We had delicious food, informative conversation and new relationships were formed. Some experienced Activerainers made it, as well as some new faces, which we were glad to see.
 

With our very hot Austin market, upcoming listings and discussions about inventory was the order of the day. Robin Scott and Bob Ratliff discussed a potential transaction together. According to the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association, Texas has a foreclosure rate of approximately 1.89 percent. That is far below the national average of 4.52 percent. There are several likely factors contributing to this number.
