Looking for an easy to use portal to the 15,421 real estate brokers offering 70,270 MLS® properties in Québec on the internet?  The Quebec Federation of Real Estate Boards provides a great internet portal.
This web site not only provides information on homes for sale but it also gives lots of statistics and great advice for purchasing property in Québec. Real Estate conveyancing is not quite the same in Quebec as it is in the rest of Canada due to a historical anomaly.  The province is guided by the Quebec Civil Code imported from France and originated under the rule of Napolean Bonaparte.
