Summer 2020: Average Sold: $276,428 Medium Sold: $248,150. 311 Houses sold, 542 total listings, 10 days (medium) on market. Summer 2021: Average Sold: $345,138 Medium Sold: $328,000. 280 Houses sold, 510 total listings, 6 day (medium) on market. Absorption rates show just under a month's worth of housing inventory indicating a Strong Seller's Market.
