The first sale of 2017 in St. Thomas Square in Panama City Beach closed on 1/6/2017. Scott Pope with Nautical Properties was the transaction broker who marketed and sold the condo and also assisted the buyer in the purchase. The unit sold in 28 days at its original offering price of $83,750.

This is the highest sale per square foot for a villa in this complex since 2008 when this same unit sold for the same amount. You must go back ten years to 2006 to find a higher sold price per square foot when Villa 410 sold for $227.64/sq ft.
