We saw a decent uptick in sales in March, moving into the 400+ region for the first time since last Spring. Pending contracts were down, which is unusual, but UCBs were up.

While we are seeing slower activity overall in the single-family home market, luxury homes in Scottsdale and Phoenix are still posting strong sales numbers. We did see a drop in new contracts in July, so I anticipate August numbers decrease.
This report covers the luxury home market in Scottsdale. All of these homes were on the market for $1 million and above. We sorted these homes into four price segments to show additional detail.

As expected, August was a quiet month for home sales in Scottsdale. We see this seasonality for the most part annually as the summer months can be quite hot.
