With the start of Summer comes one of the most beloved times of year. that is the start to County Fair Season. Running from now straight through fall are a series of small to large fairs. Enjoy local artisans, tons of foods, games, entertainment, rides and "Fair Food".
NH does not have a "State Fair", we do things smaller, easier to get to and less waiting around in lines.
You will see animals, go into petting zoos and see record setting pumpkins in the fall.

The Manchester NH Vipers announce Try outs for their 2014 Girls Softball All Star style Travel Teams in the U-10, U-12 and U-14 Divisions.
Evaluations will be held Saturday September 28, 2013 and Saturday Oct. 5, 2013. All girls who meet the age criteria are welcome to try out.
U-14 will start at 3:30pm, U-12 will start at 4pm with U-10 starting at 5pm. (rain dates will be announced online)

With the 3rd month of Active Rain's Getting Healthy in the Rain contest coming to a close, the contest may end, but the challenge for me will continue. With more than half of one's meals eaten out, it is not easy to always eat what is good for you..
I am happy to report that swapping out Breakfast and Lunch for a meal that is better for me was easy. Out were my daily pastrami sandwiches or loaded steak and cheese sub.
