running: Another Setback!

I've been in training for the past several months to better my PR in the 1/2 marathon (Fargo Marathon and Deadwood Marathon coming soon), and yesterdays run ended up with another injury to shut me down for a few days. After battling hamstring pulls for a couple years, I forgot about stretching my calf muscles. Yesterday I pulled my left calf muscle, and now I am back to limping along for a few days. This injury reminds me of real estate. Don't focus too much on one part of the business, make sure to keep it all in focus and healthy. … (3 comments)
