The market appears to be picking up quite well. There is a 13% increase in the number of homes pending this week as compared to last week. Interest rates are still very low and there is time to take advantage of the $8000 credit. Call me to view any home you see in the Black Hills area.

Looking at the recent market activity, it appears the lower price ranges continue to sell. Only another 50 days or so to claim the first time buyers credit, so I expect the numbers to continue to improve. Let me know if you have any questions on this report!
