networking: Cool, another lease client!

All too often I overhear agents confiding to their office friends how they dread showing lease properties. Agents, you know who you are. My only response is a quiet "tisk, tisk", a shake of the head, and back to my work at hand. Many Realtors refuse to show lease property at all (unless it is that $7,000 a month penthouse, of course). It seems that many of us have lost touch with the reality of how business is generated. I, on the other hand, am always eager to meet a new client, even if it is just for lunch money.
