Parks in Hernando County | Jenkins Creek at Linda Pedersen Park Jenkins Creek and Linda Pedersen Park are located half way between Hernando Beach and Weeki Wachee on the west side of Hernando County, Florida. Connected by an aluminum bridge, written about in a previous post, both Jenkins Creek and Linda Pedersen Park are popular for fishing from the bank or the boardwalk. Many a mullet was caught here that became dinner later that evening!
