Today my Rotary Club of Spring Hill Florida held its second successful pancake breakfast fundraiser that was hosted by Applebee's Restaurant on County Line Road in Spring Hill Florida! 
Doors opened at 8 am and in two hours we served about 300 or so people with coffee, juice, and pancake platters!  None of our Rotary members work in the restaurant business so getting organized and getting used to serving kept us on our feet but we also had a lot of fun doing it.
