Customer appreciation, gratitude and thankfulness for the business my customers entrust me with is really something that I incorporate into every transaction and as part of after care and staying in touch after the the purchase or sale has been completed. These gestures of appreciation include simple handwritten thank you notes, congratulatory notes for various occasions and the occasional quick visit or phone call to see how things are going. thankful challenge: Thankful for Diligence

The best three words in real estate are "Clear to Close"! When that happens, everyone knows home buyers will soon be able to move into their new home and sellers will soon be able to move on with their lives. There is a lot of things that have to happen before we hear those words and especially buyers have to be diligent to follow all the directives and meet the demands of their lender. It's a bit of a cloudy day today - in fact, we are supposed to get a rainy Thanksgiving Day. The clouds are keeping it nice and mild though. I took a quick break from working and stepped outside for a some fresh air when I noticed that some of the flowers are still blooming away. Just then, a butterfly came sailing along, visiting one bloom after another in search of some sweet nectar. thankful challenge: Thankful for Trying Something New

Sometimes you have to experiment and try something new or different. I never cared for cranberry sauce although I know that many people do like it. So while shopping the other day for Thanksgiving dinner items, I saw fresh cranberries and on a whim decided to buy some. I didn't even know what I wanted to do with them nor did I have a recipe for them but I thought maybe I would make some sort of bread with fresh cranberries. From morning to evening, we rush, rush, rush and often don't have the time to take a deep breath and get some rest. Today after an early Thanksgiving dinner with friends, we went on a leisurely boat ride. There was nothing but fresh air, wind, waves, and water birds flying around. It was a pleasantly warm and sunny day on this November day here in Spring Hill, Florida, a perfect day to take photos for one of my new listings.
