realtor: My Day Was Going Perfectly.... - 04/04/08 09:42 AM
Then someone in front of me at a red light decided to go into reverse instead of drive, and thus my 'ol reliable 2001 Saturn L300 was shrunk by his rear bumper. Thankfully, no one was hurt, and I am grateful for that. I am also grateful that I had clients asking me if they could help me get around, or if I needed a ride. That is truly awesome! I am blessed to have so many wonderful clients who are interested just as much in my well being as they are in my listing and selling skills. It makes me … (3 comments)

realtor: Christmas Snuck Up on Me!!! - 12/23/07 01:45 AM
Wow. Is it really December 23rd??? When I used to be a teacher, my students affectionately called the last few weeks before the holidays "Countdown Time", and I permitted them to have a countdown of days on the blackboard with the number of days left until the winter recess.
Now, I found that the opposite happened. I was cramming to get as much as I could done, as I had my busiest month of the year in what is supposed to be the 'slow' time. That's ok...Its a GREAT problem to have. What happened was that when I woke up this … (9 comments)

realtor: Recharging My Professional Batteries - Realtor goes on the road - 03/03/07 08:18 AM
So I decided it was time for me to "recharge my professional batteries". Work has been good, business has been growing, but I've found that I've needed to work just a little harder in the morning to get that spark I need to make the prospecting calls and keep the pipeline moving forward in terms of my business. I've also sensed the stress level in my body increasing, and when that starts to happen too much, I know it is time for some action on my part.
As I type this in ‘Wordpad', I am on my flight from Newark to … (2 comments)

realtor: Cranford Real Estate Market Report for Month Ending Nov. 30 - 12/01/06 08:33 AM
The real estate market in Cranford has adjusted in a similar fashion to surrounding towns, with prices easing off historic highs  from one year ago. There are currently 73 single family homes and 8 multi family homes on the market for sale. These numbers have stayed relatively stable over the past few months, with an equal number of sales and new listings. Inventory levels are much higher than before, giving buyers more options when selecting a home.
Although prices and demand in general have trended lower, Cranford still remains an appealing option for many buyers, which has enabled homes to sell quickly … (0 comments)
