So I decided it was time for me to "recharge my professional batteries". Work has been good, business has been growing, but I've found that I've needed to work just a little harder in the morning to get that spark I need to make the prospecting calls and keep the pipeline moving forward in terms of my business. I've also sensed the stress level in my body increasing, and when that starts to happen too much, I know it is time for some action on my part.

For the 12 month period ending January 31, 2007 as compared to the 12 month period ending July 2006, there are some clear signs that the real estate market in Garwood, NJ has continued to correct from record price appreciation, and a polarized seller's market to a moderate buyer's market and flat prices to slight price decline. Since Garwood, NJ is a small community, the numbers are much smaller compared to surrounding town, but the percentages of change seem to be similar.

First...let me start off by saying that I am fully aware that this is a GREAT problem to have...in that my business has reached a point where I desperately need a full time agent working with me to help me continue to provide the high quality of service my customers have come to expect.
I have been working with a few part time agents to "cover some appointments" but this just isn't the same has having a full time agent working along side me to help me with buyer leads, and being able to officially call this person my team mate.
