There are currently 79 single family homes on market for sale in Berkeley Heights NJ. These numbers have risen over the past month, as at the end of March, there were only 57 homes on the market. Although prices have trended lower, Berkeley Heights still remains an appealing option for many buyers, which has enabled homes to sell quickly if they are priced properly. Multiple offers are still a possiblity for competetively priced homes. Well, after three full days of convention sessions here in Atlanta, all I can say is WOW. I am so grateful for the opportunity to have been here to listen to such wonderful speakers, and learn from some of the best agents in the industry.
What I am most grateful for however, is that one of the focal points of this convention seems to be the exact thing I came here to work on....Life Balance, and "Living the Good Life" as Brian Buffini so clearly states it today.
