I'd like to share with you a few tips in regards to looking for a lender when making a Home Purchase. Most people will start by looking for a lender offering the lowest rate thinking this is the only thing that matters. It is important but be aware that most lenders are very close in rates being offered and only differ by a small percent. I suggest asking a few more key questions that could make your experience more positive. Looking at other factors in a home purchase is Key!
