With the warm weather comes more phone calls from potential renters for Seapointe Village. Folks calling now are findings slim pickings for their requirements (Ocean View, a view within Seapoint Village, Pool View, etc.). If these things are important to you, I suggest several things: 1. ASK if the view you see on the web with their ad is the view from THEIR Seapointe condo. Some folks show a beautiful view BUT it is NOT from their condo. 2. HI all, Wildwood, NJ is slowly becoming more than just a summer town. We have noticed this year that we are getting more calls than other years for renting at the Seapointe Village resort in the off-season (yes even in February and March). Perhaps because the convention center and other activities in Wildwood are bringing folks to the beach. And maybe because there is a new indoor/outdoor pool and large jacuzzi at Seapointe Village, it gives folks something more to do at the beach in the off-season.
