It might be a little late for Christmas, but there are still sleigh rides departing daily from Mount Charleston Lodge, only 45 minutes from the Las Vegas Valley. Two Belgian draft horses pull a bright red sleigh along the beautiful, snowy trails. They have several teams of horses that enjoy working. If the horses are fed as much as they can eat and are bred to work, they work hard and adapt well to what they are pulling.
