There are five different models; the Austen, Cheswick, Fenwicke, Eliot and Keats all of which feature brick fronts and 2 car garages. Visit homes currently for sale in Governors Grove.
The entrance to Governors Grove has a pretty pond and gazebo. Residents have exclusive use of tennis courts, walking paths, and tot lots. The homeowners association maintains a very informative website that has community announcements and events.

Taking pictures for your blog might get you a new client! I was out this morning taking pictures of a neighborhood I mail too, Governors Grove in Alexandria. I wanted to get some updated shots for future blog posts. As I was wandering around Governors Grove a nice lady asked if I worked for a newspaper. I introduced myself and explained why I was taking photos. She responded with “I get your postcard every month.” We had a brief conversation and she informed me that her daughter is looking to buy in the fall and could she contact me.
