Military Sellers – Going The Extra Mile I spent some of Wednesday packing up fragile items and all of Thursday with movers for military clients of mine. While supervising a move really isn’t something I do often, my sellers needed help and I was happy to provide it.
A husband stationed in Kyrgyzstan and a wife and little girl in Nebraska, who was going to oversee the movers and get them access to a storage unit? Me of course! Military families make the ultimate sacrifice and it’s the least I could do to make their lives a little easier. … (10 comments)

Just got a call from an agent requesting a third showing for her clients. Second showings happen all the time and are usually the time that the buyers decide they indeed want to make an offer or move on and continue their search. I don’t think I’ve ever had a request for a third showing. I could tell the agent was feeling awkward about asking for another appointment but, I called my sellers and they obliged.
How many showings does one person need? Let’s hope the third time’s a charm for these buyers. … (10 comments)
