atlanta condos: 40 Condos in Atlantic Station to be Auctioned Off

40 condos in the Element development at Atlantic Station will be auctioned off on February 28, 2009, at the W Atlanta Downtown. Element supposedly SOLD OUT in 2004 before construction ever began. Then a fire hit the building in 2005, and when the development was ready for occupancy in 2006, over 1/2 of the contracts fell through. What a sign of the changing condo market in Atlanta. Currently, there are 14 units listed in FMLS ranging in price from $157,500 - $415,000.
