Last week I was working with two different buyers looking for move in ready homes. In two separate parts of metro Atlanta, I came across renovated kitchens with black cabinets. I have seen black cabinets going into new homes, but this was the first time that I had seen old cabinets painted black. I know investors used to paint the "granny" cabinets white to update the kitchen, but now it looks like the new trend is black.
