In September 2011, in St. Louis Missouri area, the real estate market appears to be improving in the number of sales but not price. In September, there were 1207 homes sold at a median price of $119,000.
How does this compare to 2010? In September 2010, there were 1057 homes sold with a median price of $127,500.
This is down from September of 2009. In 2009, there were 1448 homes sold at a median price of $138,250.
