The Federal Reserve has cut the rates as much as possible and they are seeing signs the economy is turning. If you wait, you may miss a chance at a great rate. Paying a higher rate, lowers your purchasing power. The lower the rate, the more house you can afford. So what if you are waiting until prices bottom out. Take time to stop by and get a bite of really great Mexican food, Salina's is located off Clarkson Road a little south of Wilson Road in charming Chesterfield, Missouri. This restaurant is small but very tasty. They serve the traditional salsa but they also add a twist with their spicy bean dip. The chips were nice and crunchy. The chimichangas were spectacular and the spicy chicken quesadillas were flavorful.
After a day of shopping or working in the yard, it is nice to have someone else cook and clean up. The service was very good … (10 comments)
