how to stage my home: 20 Items You're Told Add Value: But Do They?

I was listening to the news this morning and heard a news anchor talking about adding value to your home. A lot of home owners this such things ADD value, when in fact they don’t I had a client posting on Facebook about his vinyl fence he wants to install, and hes sure it will ADD value. People tend to think doing certain things will tack on how much their home is worth, when if fact, it wont! I dug up and article by the trusted HGTV, and I am going to go over what the additions/ changes WILL do! Side … (5 comments)
