I have to tell you that we at Selling Impressions home staging company are really excited to be a part of RESA, particularly here in South-East Michigan. The South East Michigan chapter has embraced the mission of giving back to our community. When I say embraced, I mean they really are making it happen. This started as a seed of an idea and has taken on a life of its own. March Update and Luncheon/Meeting information MEETING ON MONDAY MARCH 9TH.... This month's meeting will take on a slightly different format than usual. As we reported in February, we will be hosting a charity staging event in April. To that end, we have picked a home to stage in Clawson. So, anyone that is interested in being a part of this fantastic event should meet at the house at 11:00 a.m. for viewing and photo opportunities. Staging doesn't have to be expensive. Sometimes simple things make the biggest difference. Here are some tips to get you started... Look at your house as though you are a potential buyer. What stands out? Assess your curb appeal. Remove dead plants & weeds, add flowers in summer, hardy greenery in winter. Limit decorative items near the entryway as these are too personal.
