Easter is here and we have an overflowing basket-full of events and fun taking place at Lake of the Ozarks this weekend! Churches, resorts, golf courses and restaurants are gearing up for the big weekend. Most of the resorts have package deals for the weekend. The Resort at Port Arrowhead is having an Easter Brunch with the Easter Bunny. The Lodge of Four Seasons has put together a full blown Easter Weekend which includes lodging, brunch, egg decorating and an Easter egg hunt. The building of Bagnell Dam and Lake of the Ozarks brought people to the area and created a solid economic base during the time of the Great Depression.
