There are two types of real estate agents. Those that think like a business owner and those that think like they have a job. Which way do you think?
Over the past 4 years, I have run into both types. You see, we tend to blame full time vs part time agents and this couldn't be more from the truth. I have ran into great part time agents and horrible full time agents. The issue isn't about time commitment but rather how they view their business.
