Happy Birthday Arizona! Happy Valentine's Day! Unless you follow Arizona history, you may not know that back in 1912, Arizona was admitted to the Union as the 48th state on February 14th. Now that LA has hosted and won the Super Bowl, the torch is being passed to Arizona which will host the 2023 Super Bowl. Preparations are now underway for this huge event that will probably bring a figure well north of $500 million dollars to Arizona next year. 283 Days of Sunshine in 2021All the stats come from the weather station in Soldiers Pass at the Cottages At Coffeepot. We didn't quite make 300 days of sunshine in 2021. Mostly because of storms that brought much-needed rain and snow. We had a total of 15.75 inches of snow in 2021. That snow came on a couple of days in January and in March.
