Many of my clients are looking for homes they can rent out on a short-term basis, while still able to enjoy the use of their home in the red rocks when on their own personal vacation. There are others who are trying to lock in a retirement property and choose to rent it out prior to retiring. Sedona has always been a second home or vacation home market. Looking Back Into the Rear View Mirror! Peering back into 2016, I had my best ever year in the Sedona real estate market. I was busy all year from the very beginning of January.
