Brand Loyalty & Trust I have always felt loyalty to a brand I trust. Why do you want to switch if you know the product or service is something you can depend on? Another criteria that is at the top of the list is how well a company handles service disconnects. Any company can provide a service or product but what happens when there is a problem? It's Peak! These were the words uttered by my husband every December. After 36 peak seasons, he remembers it fondly. Today UPS will deliver 36 million packages to customers all over the USA. FedEx will deliver another 14 million for a total of 50 million packages! Amazing... My husband worked in just about every operation and department in UPS.
All I remember was one tired husband who left at 5 am and did not return until 8 or 9 PM every day...(no matter what his position was). Later in his 36 year career, the last two weeks before Christmas, the family didn't see him. … (0 comments)
