The Fourth Annual Seven Hills Garage Sale is coming, Saturday, Sept. 20th, 2008, from 7:00 am until 1:00 pm. Seven Hills, a 55+ community in Hemet, CA, is located at Stetson and Seven Hills Dr., just east of Sanderson. Hosted by Shirley Johnson and Pauline Lynn of Century 21 McDaniel & Associates, over 160 homeowners will participate in this giant Garage Sale. Follow the arrow signs to the Seven Hills Members Clubhouse for maps and a list of items for sale at each participating home. Rhonda Sher, author of the 2 Minute Networker, was the featured speaker at Helping Realtors Grow, a training and networking event, for realtors, that is the brainchild of Joey Aszterbaum, of Patrion Mortgage. Held at Hemet, CA's Marie Callender's and sponsored by Mike McKinlay of Fidelity National Title, this second group meeting proved to be a big success. Realtors had the opportunity to network and to promote their listings. Ronda spoke of ways to build our real estate business by striking up conversations with strangers we meet in our day to day endeavors.
