I've done several posts about the value added to your Real Estate marketing by print advertising. In many real estate marketing circles there are different schools of thought and stong opinions pertaining to how much value the printed word holds in today's "tech savy" world. (Love the "TECH SAVVY AGENT" fan page on FACEBOOK... great job guys!) Of course, the best way to make that determination is to be diligent about tracking your lead sources and analyzing the results to discover just which marketing dollars spent are making that phone ring the most times!
It was announced today that "Google" will now include "real time updates" from FACEBOOK FAN OR BUSINESS PAGES in their "Real Time" search results! Read more from "THE WASHINGTON POST here....

Many of us read John Novak's post this week on "Facebook Fan Page Basics" and heard the call to action to either create a page or to develop the pages that we already have. Among some of the many comments made on John's post was: "How do I get fans for my FACEBOOK fan page?" Great question... with lots of answers and strategies. Here are a few tips that have worked for..... THE SERENA GROUP'S ......FAN PAGE!
Send out an invitation from your page to all your FACEBOOK Friends to "fan" your page. Ask some of your friends (18 comments)

All of us are being bombarded with advice, seminars, etc. about the importance of having a presence on the important social media platforms. Great advice.... not very helpful, though, without also giving some advice about developing a strategy for using your presence on all of these sites! When I first started posting our team's profile and information on sites like: ACTIVE RAIN, FACEBOOK, TWITTER, AND MYSPACE... I wasn't quite certain how I was going to use these profiles to market our business and to generate buzz, interest and leads. In hind sight...
