I want to get input from all the Realtors out there. As a company that doesn't have exclusive agreements with any real estate companies in my area except for the local Keller Williams office, what can you guys tell me about those relationships? For instance, I know that Long and Foster uses Prosperity Mortgage, William E Wood has Towne Bank and Rose & Womble has Advance Mortgage (Wells Fargo). What are the feelings as far as using the in-house lender and what kind of incentives are in place to use those exclusive in-house lenders? I'm curious to know because I know … (0 comments)

Hope everyone has had a wonderful and profitable week! I want to make sure that all the local Brokers and Realtors in the Hampton Roads area know about the FREE continuing education that we're able to provide. If you have at least 8-10 agents that want to utilize the free education, just give me a call or shoot me an email and we can set it up. Ok, I'm not really gonna blow up here, but I do just want to say that I get a little tired of other people (lenders especially) who have no idea what they're talking about when it comes to our "Pick-a-Payment" loan. First of all, it's an exclusive loan that nobody has except Wachovia. So I get tired of hearing from lenders down the street at XYZ mortgage company that just want to bad-mouth a program simply to try to deter business from us.
