With the Thanksgiving holiday now fleeting, we will remember being bombarded with Black Friday sales pitches and we'll hear all the stories of crazy lines and pushy customers. And hopefully we won't hear of any more stampedes this year! In our real estate market, if there were a Black Friday-a time to buy property at discount-it would be right now. There are two main factors that in my estimation support this: First, prices in our Hampstead and NC Beaches markets have really dropped.
