advise: Time to BUY!

Now is the TIME TO BUY! If you are an apartment dweller, renter or just out of the military, NOW is the time to buy. The inventory is higher than usual for this time of the year. With finance rates where they are today, most renters will be able to buy a home and pay the payment with taxes and insurance around the same payment they are paying in rent! For military folks, if you are newly discharged or soon to be discharged you have benefits through the VA which make it very advantageous to buy your own home! Just some thoughts … (1 comments)
