Clayton Skater Appreciation Day Ice skating at Shaw Park Ice Rink has been a Clayton tradition for over 50 years. To show gratitude for being such a valued part of the community, the rink will host Skater Appreciation Day on Sunday, January 18 from 12:00 to 4:00 pm. Shaw Park Ice Rink Shaw Park Ice Rink is scheduled to open the Friday after Thanksgiving, November 28, weather permitting. Public Skating Hours for the 2014-2015 season are as follows:
Additional public skate hours are held on dates that the Clayton School District does not have classes. Stick and Puck is also held throughout the week for those interested in practicing hockey skills. For more information on hours and admission to Shaw Park Ice Rink, visit www.claytonmo.gov/rink.
