U.S. News Ranks Salt Lake City As 15th Best Place To Live In The US!In a study by U.S. News & World Report analyzing 125 of the nation's largest metropolitan areas, Salt Lake City had come out as the 15th best place to live in the United States. Out of five criterias determining its overall score of 7.1, the Utah state capital's highest index was at 7.9 for value of living, noting that people are moving there because of a more cost-efficient cost of living compared to other major metro areas.
