long beach homes: Long Beach CA Real Estate Market Update February 2021 - 02/18/21 02:04 PM
The first month of 2021 was a hot one! Buyer demand continues to go up, but listings still haven’t caught up yet. In fact, this is the strongest seller’s market The Shannon Jones Team has seen in over 20 years of real estate. In January 2021, The number of new, single-family listings in Long Beach was down 14.4%.
Overall in Long Beach in January, there was a 1.3 month supply of single-family homes for sale. This means if nothing else came on the market in 1.3 months, we’d be completely sold out of homes! The market was even tighter in certain zip … (4 comments)

long beach homes: Choosing A Long Beach Realtor - 12/21/20 03:29 PM
If you are thinking of buying or selling a home in Long Beach, how should you go about choosing a Long Beach Realtor?
Sometimes, people get referrals from friends, family, or co-workers. However, oftentimes home buyers or sellers end up working with someone based on a random connection. For instance, they met an agent at an open house, called about a sign, or clicked an online listing to request information.
The most important thing to consider when choosing a Long Beach Realtor is their degree of experience, education, and professionalism. After all, buying or selling your home is one of the biggest financial decisions … (2 comments)

long beach homes: What Does One Million Dollars Buy You In Long Beach, CA? - 12/16/20 08:58 AM

long beach homes: Perfect House, Wrong Neighborhood? - 12/07/20 10:14 AM
