On the surface, this can seem like a good way to avoid agent fees and be in charge of the selling process yourself. As we start to wrap up summer, we remain in a strong seller’s market. Relatively low inventory and high demand because of historically low-interest rates are fueling this seller’s market. The time it takes to sell a home is also down significantly when compared to last summer. Prices are up slightly for homes, but down slightly for condos.
