Hello Naples Friends! If you remember, I did a Naples inventory update back in November of last year. It's time to check out how each Naples neighborhood performed during the 2017-2018 season! Here we go!

Mediterra a luxury golf course community in Naples has seen some serious after season success this year! People are responding well to the current amenities too with some buyers having to wait as long as two years to get a full golf membership. It's funny how life introduces new experiences. Lately, there's been a great deal of chatter about golf, which seems weird to me, considering so many people who enjoy golf in Naples typically get out of here during this time of year and head back home...wherever that may be. 1. The general consensus is the tables have clearly turned in most Naples markets regarding seller confidence. Hello Naples fans! If you've been keeping your eye out on single-family homes in Mediterra Naples Florida then you might consider doing something now. During the last year there have been 21 Mediterra sales and 4 are currently under contract. 39 single family Mediterra homes remain on the market. That means there's 18 months supply...in Naples that's considered oversupply and in a negotiation that means the buyer has an advantage. Inventories in Naples Florida are shrinking at an interesting rate despite what the economy is doing. When most people think Cyber Monday, I doubt seriously anybody is wondering what kind of discount they can get on a Naples property by purchasing online today...in fact, I'll bet that most people wouldn't even imagine clicking their way to purchasing a property in most places. Why would someone want to own a piece of Naples real estate? It just occurred to me...who wouldn't want to own property here, especially if they were famous? I did a few searches on the net and really couldn't find too much regarding the famous people who own real estate in Naples, Florida. In fact, on Wikipedia.org there are only 4 "notable residents" listed. Why? Is it that our residents don't get caught up in the hype or that we don't have very many paparazzi running around town?
