Hello Naples fans! If you've been keeping your eye out on single-family homes in Mediterra Naples Florida then you might consider doing something now. During the last year there have been 21 Mediterra sales and 4 are currently under contract. 39 single family Mediterra homes remain on the market. That means there's 18 months supply...in Naples that's considered oversupply and in a negotiation that means the buyer has an advantage.
