A nice selection of Pelican Marsh Naples Florida has experienced some terrific activity lately! It appears the listing inventory in Pelican Marsh as a whole has leveled!
Some areas in Pelican Marsh have already seen leveling and pricing has already started to rise. There are still some Pelican Marsh deals to be had too but a word of caution to Pelican Marsh buyers, if you've been waiting for the best deal...that window may be closing or in the case of some Pelican Marsh locations...that window is already shut.

I've had the luxury of showing a home a few times this season in Bay Laurel at Pelican Marsh I think deserves special recognition. I've sold real estate for 13 years and by now I'll admit, it takes something great to capture my attention. Couple that with the fact that I'm usually not awarded the right to an opinion when I show (because it's not my opinion that counts when buyers are selecting properties to purchase) and well after awhile many houses sort of run together. After previewing a Pelican Marsh home for a customer coming to Naples this weekend, I thought I'd drop by the clubhouse and golf course to see what was going on. Armed with video camera in hand, I was hoping to get some shots of the neighborhood just in case the staff would be nice enough to allow it and guess what...they couldn't have been more accommodating! Everybody was SO nice! So, I took a ride...I've shown and sold properties in Pelican Marsh for years now and feel very in tune with the real estate aspect but I must admit...I'm not a golfer.
