Ok, so if you've been following my focus on Bay Colony, unfortunately, this one is going to sound similar. If there was ever a time to select a magnificent Naples, Florida property...now might be the time to do it. Somebody made a comment yesterday about there not being very much for sale in Bay Colony making me realize it's time for a Bay Colony Naples, Florida real estate update! What's HOT! Mansion La Palma at Bay Colony has no inventory left. Both units have recently gone under contract. Brighton at Bay Colony has 2 of the 5 units that were available left. Something very curious is going on in Naples, Florida but before I go there, let's look at where we've been. Starting with last year there was an overwhelming trend of people who were "just looking" and made it very apparent that they were not in the market to BUY. They were only in the market to LOOK. Out of those who said they would eventually "BUY" even went so far to state that they were going to wait til the end of season when the "prices were better".
