montana realtor: Choosing an agent in Southeastern Montana!

Many agents have fabulous writing skills, photography skills and internet skills. Not all sell real estate regularly. Not all sell real estate full time! When you are checking out different agents, be sure to check their sales history, current listings and education. I have seen some that have fantastic websites, been in business for years, and only sell a certain type of property, like mobile homes on lots. This agent would be the one to call if that is what you are in the market for. Just looking at their blogs, is definitely a great place to start, but … (0 comments)
